All confidential information, materials and IPR supplied by SAVEMI belong to SAVEMI, this includes but is not limited to all screens appearing on this site including graphics, text, design, buttons, logos, images, and icons, as well as their selection, assembly, and arrangement and are protected by Australian and International IPR laws.
Any modification, reproduction, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution of the content contained within SAVEMI in any form, by any means, without SAVEMI written permission, is strictly prohibited.
Information, text, graphics, downloads and advertisements on the SAVEMI website are covered by the IPR policies of its suppliers, advertisers and licensees unless expressly indicated by the site.
You must not modify, copy, reproduce or distribute in any way the content contained within this site without the written authorisation of SAVEMI.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of CD keys/Codes they cannot be returned once they have been sent out via our automated email system. Only One code of each product per customer are allowed.
Faulty CD Keys/Codes need to be reported to us within 24 Hours of your order being processed. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website to immediately log your complaint. We are able to track the code and its activation.
2.3 Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match description

SAVEMI provides links to numerous third party websites. Such sites may contain material that is offensive to certain users. SAVEMI does not control the content of these sites and do not vouch for the quality, legality or suitability of any information, services, or products they provide.
SAVEMI does not guarantee the quality or suitability of products listed or advertised on SAVEMI or any services provided on the SAVEMI site by a third party.
Once your CD Key has been successfully redeemed on the appropriate platform (Steam, EA Origin, UPlay, Microsoft, Sony Playstation Network) any software/download/service issues with the product should be addressed directly to the relevant platform operator.
4. Limitation of liability
This site is provided by SAVEMI on an “as is” basis. SAVEMI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site, the information, content, materials or products, included on this site.
To the full extent permissible by applicable laws, SAVEMI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
By using this site, you acknowledge that no reliance has been place upon the skill or judgment of SAVEMI or its agents or representatives.

The parties shall be bound by the laws of the state of Victoria in relation to all matters arising between the parties and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Victoria and the Federal courts of Australia and that any legal proceedings may be heard in these Courts.
SAVEMI is an Australian company subject to Australian Goods and Services Tax. Any other local taxes, duties, levies applicable to the sale are your responsibility to pay.
